The compilation messages now look like this:
http://www.aei.mpg.de/~crmafra/disable_verbose_compile.txt
and notice how the compile warnings are much more visible.
In fact, I think I will try to address them in the future.
I tested the patch both with --disable-verbose-compile and
without. As expected, without this switch the compilation
looks exactly the same.
